Jenn-Air® modular downdraft ventilation pairs well with other Jenn-Air® modular cooktops and select Jenn-Air® full-size gas cooktops. The sleek design operates at 310 CFM and is convertible to duct-free ventilation which allows installation in areas that do not allow access to exterior venting.
Downdraft Ventilation
- Developed and refined by the JennAir brand, downdraft ventilation uses proximity ventilation that captures smoke, steam and odors at the cooking surface, whisking them down and out for a fresher, cleaner kitchen.
- When using the downdraft blower in a ducted configuration, the blower has an exhaust capacity rating of 310 CFM, using the efficient design of downdraft ventilation to its advantage to rapidly ventilate cooking vapors.
- Downdraft cooktops are manufactured to be used with ductwork, but this option enables conversion of the downdraft cooktop to be used with a duct-free system.
- A space-saving depth that ensures a common appearance among select JennAir® cooktops and downdraft vent modules.
